My Journey to Family – Video Contest
Moms and Dads of SIRM babies, we know you’ve been meaning to create that special video detailing your journey from infertility to family. We just want to provide a little incentive. If you were/are a SIRM patient and had a baby (or are expecting) as a result of your treatment with us, submit a video (5 min. or less) detailing your story.
A panel of SIRM doctors, nurses and staff will review the videos and select three winners based on their emotion, inspiration and compelling nature.
First Prize: $500 Target or WalMart gift card
Second Prize: $200 Target or WalMart gift card
Third Prize: $100 Target or WalMart gift card.
Deadline: Submit your video by Monday, September 10 at 9:00am Pacific Time.
To submit your video, use one of the following methods:
1. Upload directly to our Facebook page (facebook.com/haveababy). If you use this method, please email us believe@haveababy.com with your name and contact phone number so we can reach you.
2. Upload to YouTube (or another video sharing service such as Vimeo) and email link to believe@haveababy.com along with your name and contact phone number.
Winners will be announced on Thursday, Sept. 13th
