Usually Doctor’s reviews written by patients are dependent on whether the cycle was successful for them or not. I feel that the pregnancy will happen even under a bad doctor if the time is right for you, but the experience you underwent to achieve that goal can sometimes be very horrifying and scar you for life as well as drain your finances completely. Dr Browne is not just a brilliant doctor who provides the means to an end, she is the experience altogether that leaves you not only successful but very content too at the end of your treatment cycle.

I have been a patient of Dr Browne for less than a year and I am fortunate enough to be among those who have crossed over to the other side of the harrowing infertility journey. It has been nothing but an absolute pleasure dealing with her and the staff at SIRM Westchester and New York. I transferred to her after a very dissatisfying experience at another clinic and although I had only done one Clomid cycle so far, Dr Browne completely understood my need for an alternate and better treatment plan.

She was very thorough and did not repeat unnecessary tests/procedures that had already been performed. Although she explained to us that IUI was the traditional route that couples usually after being unsuccessful with Clomid, she understood that we were not in a position to go for multiple cycles of treatments with a low success rate as the money was tight. The IVF procedure at SIRM was explained to us clearly and made easy for our budget and the calender and the appointments were well co-ordinated and set according to our convenience. Dr Browne and her staff were kind enough to even help us out with some medication. Her staff is the best out of all the doctors offices that I have been to and Marisol, Elyse and Shanae take very good care of you. After our successful Beta HCG, every milestone that we achieved in this pregnancy was shared with a level of excitement and enthusiasm by the SIRM Westchester staff as if they were an extended family of our own.

Dr Browne is a very caring and compassionate doctor with excellent bedside manners, and she is always available via email to answer our questions no matter how trivial they may be. I have been to Ob/Gyns and fertility specialists in almost every country that I have lived in but I never found a doctor who shows the level of empathy and care that Dr Browne shows to her patients. Infertility is such a stressful and frustrating journey to be on that a compassionate and empathetic doctor leading you by the hand through this journey makes all the difference. I hope that some of the other Drs try to be understanding and compassionate towards their patients as much as this Dr is. I would recommend anyone who is going through fertility problems to go see her once before taking any step towards treatment with any other clinic.

From the moment you call to schedule your first appointment with Dr. Browne you know you are in the right hands. After going through 4 IVF cycles with another RE (who gave up on us) I turned to the internet and found SIRM and Dr. Browne.

During our first appointment she went over my extensive history and clearly explained the options to us. Her honesty, dedication, and bed side manner are truly remarkable. She is so attentive to everyone’s individual needs and is always thinking outside the box. Dr. Browne always went above and beyond to answer any concerns we had either by phone or email. Even the ER doctors at my local hospital had nothing but compliments about her!

While under her care you can rest assured that you are getting the best treatment designed to your specific situation. The staff treats you like family and their number one concern is your well being. As someone who has been though a very long road of infertility at a “young age”, I couldn’t imagine getting through it without the extra care and support offered by the SIRM staff, especially Dr. Browne, Elyse and Marisol.

I can honestly say that I would not be in the position I am in today if it wasn’t for Dr. Browne and her amazing staff. After 4 years and multiple IVF cycles, which resulted in 5 early losses, my husband and I are finally expecting a baby in September!

Dr. Nicole Browne is always kind, caring and makes us feel at ease through any procedure. She is there 24/7 to answer questions and respond to our concerns. We love her!

Our experience with Dr. Browne was positive on all levels. She was caring, compassionate, professional, and had a clear path for us to follow to help us obtain our goal of building a family. She helped to re-instill hope in us that somehow, some way, we would have the family that we desired. She and all of the Doctors at SIRM are willing to think outside of the box. I loved that she was always accessible via email and that she answered in a very timely manner-this was SO different from the level of communication we had received from previous doctors. Once we were pregnant, Dr. Browne was very empathetic of our fears (given that we had had multiple losses before) and she saw us as often as we felt we needed to be seen in order to reassure us that things were progressing normally with the pregnancy. We will definitely seek out Dr. Browne again if we should need assistance bringing a 2nd child into our family and highly recommend her!
